Manual therapy supports both assessment and treatment through careful, hands-on work.

I draw from Tui Na, Anma, and Seitai to address tension, restriction, and structural patterns that affect how the body regulates and recovers. ROM tests and palpation help me clarify where problem patterns are held and, when appropriate, support change directly.

Manual therapy may be used alongside acupuncture, moxibustion, or ki therapy, or on its own when hands-on work is the most appropriate approach.

This work can be especially helpful for musculoskeletal pain, postural strain, stress-related tension, and recovery. As with my other methods, the emphasis is on steady, integrated improvement rather than short-term intensity.
